岩藻多糖排铅作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究岩藻多糖对铅的排出作用。方法通过建立大鼠铅中毒模型,用阳性药物青霉胺组及岩藻多糖高、中、低剂量(200 mg·kg-1、100 mg·kg-1、50 mg·kg-1)分别治疗。测定血铅、大鼠生殖器官脏器指数、大鼠内分泌功能。结果岩藻多糖能降低铅中毒后的血铅;器官脏器指数、附睾指数、睾丸指数降低情况得到改善(P<0.05);体内激素水平T、FSH上升(P<0.05),岩藻多糖对内分泌水平有所改善。结论岩藻多糖对铅中毒大鼠体内铅具有排出作用。Objective：To study the effect of fucoidin on lead poisoning rats.Methods：Lead-poisoning rat models were established and treated with positive drug penicillamine group and fucoidin high,medium and low dose（200 mg·kg-1,100 mg·kg-1,50 mg·kg-1）.Blood lead,rat genital organ index and endocrine function were detected.Results：Fucoidin reduced blood lead after lead poisoning;The decreased index of organ index epididymis and testis were improved（P0.05）;hormone levels in T and FSH increased（P0.05）,and endocrine levels were improved.Conclusion：Fucoidin has the effect on lead-eliminating from lead poisoning rats.
