理气宽肠汤治疗妇产科术后腹胀75例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨理气宽肠汤治疗妇产科手术后腹胀的临床疗效。方法 101例手术后腹胀患者43例(观察组)采用传统方法治疗,58例(治疗组)患者选用理气宽肠汤,同时配合传统治疗。结果治疗组总有效率92.24%,观察组为54.65%,差异显著P<0.01。结论传统治疗法联合理气宽肠汤治疗妇产科手术后腹胀效果显著。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of liqikuanchang liquid on abdominal distension after gynecology and obstetrics surgery.Methods：Among 101 patients with abdominal distension,43 cases were treated by traditional methods and other 58 cases were treated by liqikuanchang liquid based on conventional treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 92.24% in the treatment group,and the patients were significantly improved than observation group with the in effectiv rate of 54.65%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：Traditional therapy in combination with liqikuanchang liquid treatment is an effective method to treat abdominal distension after gynecology and obstetrics surgery.
