摘 要:以离子液体为相转移催化剂,在常压下山正丁醛自缩合生成了辛烯醛。研究了反应时间、离子液体的类型及反应液组成(即正丁醛、离子液体和氢氧化钠水溶液组成)等对反应转化率和目标产物选择性的影响。通过对不同阴阳离子的分析与选择,以[bmim]BF_4为相转移催化剂时催化效果较好,并优化各反应条件为:反应液组成正丁醛/离子液体/氢氧化钠质量比16:5:0.1,反应温度80℃,常压反应60min,正丁醛转化率为99.4%,目标产物辛烯醛选择性达89.4%。2-Ethylhexenal was synthesized by the condensation of butanal using ionic liquid as phase transfer catalyst at atmospheric pressure. Effects of reaction time, types of ionic liquid and the constituents of feed fluids on the conversion of butanal and the selectivity of 2-ethylhexenal were investigated. The results showed that the catalytic efficiency of [bmim]BF4 was better in the reaction. The optimal reaction conditions were that the mass ratio ofbutanal to ionic liquid to sodium hydroxide in feed was 16:5:0.1, the reaction temperature was 80℃ and the reaction time was 60 min under atmospheric pressure. At the optimal conditions the conversion of butanal was 99.5% and the selectivity of 2-ethylhexenal reached 89.4%.
