摘  要:以Bi(NO_3)_3·5H_2O和NaVO_3·2H_2O为原料,用水热法合成了可见光催化剂BiVO_4,对其进行X射线衍射(XRD)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-visDRS)表征,并在玻璃管式反应器中用BiVO_4光催化氧化处理模拟汽油。以模拟汽油中硫含量为参考目标,研究了水热合成时间、温度、催化剂的用量、光源、光照时间等对光催化脱硫效果的影响。结果表明,当水热反应2.0h合成的BiVO_4催化剂用量1mg/mL,氧化剂(过氧化氢)的体积分数10%,反应温度为160℃,400W金卤灯光照2.0h条件下,模拟汽油的脱硫率可达到95%以上。The visible light catalyst BiVO4 was prepared from Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and NaVO3·2H20 by hydrothermal method and was characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet-visible light diffuse reflection spectrum (UV-vis DRS) . The modeling gasoline was treated on catalyst BiVO4 by photocatalytic oxidation. The affecting factors on photocatalytic oxidative desulfurization ratio of the modeling gasoline were investigated. The results showed that the desulfurization ratio was up to 95% when the dosage of catalyst synthesized at temperature 160 ℃ and hydrothemal time 2.0 h was 1 mg/mL, the volume fraction of oxidant H202 was 10% and the 400 W metal halide lamp irradiation time was 120min.
