摘　　要：目的:研究蒙药短毛独活的生药鉴定特征。方法:在植物分类学鉴定的基础上,采用徒手制片法和水合氯醛透化法对短毛独活的根横切面和粉末特征进行研究。结果:详细描述了短毛独活的生药学鉴定特征。结论:研究结果为该药的鉴别、进一步开发利用提供参考依据。Objective：To study the crude drug identification mark of Mongolian drug Heracleum lanatum.Methods：Based on the research of plant taxonomy and botanical investigation,the paraffin hand method and the slide with chloral hydrate were applied for the microscopic identifications of root of Heracleum lanatum.Results：To describe the crude drug identification mark of Mongolian drug Heracleum lanatum.Conclusion：The article provided the basis for the identification and the further development of Mongolian drug Heracleum lanatum.
