摘　　要：为了解决维修训练内容制定缺乏针对性、安全性的问题,提高训练效率,首先分析总结了维修训练的一般特点,继而提出训练的系统工程方法,重点研究了该方法分析阶段维修工作任务转化为训练内容的方法,为制定高效的训练方案提供了理论基础。For resulting the contents of training are deficient in target and safety,promote training efficiency.Firstly,this article gives a briefly summary on the maintenance training,And then the concept of the Systems Approach to Training（SAT） is put forward.The focus is on method of the analysis phase,its address some of the basic concepts for maintenance task transform to content training.The theoretical basis is provided for the develop effective training programs.
