摘　　要：介绍了中海油能源发展股份有限公司引进的美国METSO矿业公司大型炭素回转窑在内衬砌筑与烘窑(炉)方面的全新探索。新式的内衬砌筑方式不但满足生产要求,而且大大缩短内衬砌筑施工、烘窑周期;我公司技术人员根据METSO炭素回转窑后燃烧室(焚烧炉)PLC控制特点,提出全新的烘炉方式降低50%的燃料油用量,同时在烘炉阶段,回转窑的整体工况获得提高,在烘窑(炉)完成后,回转窑系统可快速进入正常生产状态。The paper mainly presents the exploration of the lining bricklaying and heating-up proposal for the carbon rotary kiln,which is introduced from METSO Minerals Company.The new way of lining bricklaying not only meets the production need,but shorts the period of working and heating-up of rotary kiln.Based on the control characteristics of PLC system of the afterburner of METSO rotary kiln,an extraordinary heating-up propsal is put forward;in the operation,the way of heating-up saved fifty percent of the amount of fuel oil,and during the heating-up for afterburner,the working condition of rotary kiln system was improved.When the working of heating-up was completed,the system went into the working order rapidly.
