摘　　要：新修改《特种设备安全监察条例》规定的锅炉定期检验包括安全性能检验和能效测试两方面,结合在具体实施锅炉定期检验中将面临的几个新问题,深入分析了影响锅炉经济性和安全性的因素是相关的,表明锅炉的安全检验和能效测试是具有相关性和统一性的。为了实施好新修改《特种设备安全监察条例》的锅炉定期检验,探讨性提出了安全检验和能效测试的顺序、检验技术路线、报告形式和试点步骤,确保整过检验过程中更好地处理安全性和经济性的均衡关系。The new regulations including two aspects：inspection of the safety performance and efficiency test.Conbining several new problems which will be faced during the concrete implementation of periodic inspection boiler,the influence factors of the boiler efficiency and safety of boiler have been analysised depthly,shows the safety inspection and testing efficiency is relevance and unity.In order to implement the boiler periodic inspection of the new ordinance,Tentatively put forward the order of the safety inspection and efficiency testing,Technical route of inspection,the forms of reports,steps of making experiment,so as to make sure to better deal with safety and economic equilibrium relationship during all through the inspection process.
