摘  要:【目的】通过建立丹参药材的HPLC指纹图谱对不同产地丹参药材质量进行比较。【方法】采用C18柱,色谱柱为HypersilODS2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰乙酸溶液梯度洗脱;柱温为30℃;流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为270 nm;洗脱时间75 min;进样量20μl。【结果】用相似度软件对来自5个不同产地的10批药材指纹图谱进行分析,标定了8个共有峰,相似度评价均在0.9以上。【结论】通过丹参药材指纹图谱的比较,可为不同产地丹参药材遴选提供依据。[Objective] To evaluate the quality of Salviae miltiorrhizae from different producing places of by establishing the HPLC fingerprints of the medicinal substances. [Methods] The analysis was carried on the chromatographic column (HypersilODS2 C18 column, 250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μ m) with mobile phase of mixed solution of acetonitrile and 0.5% glacial acetic acid in Gradient elution program; Column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min; Detecting wave length was 270 nm and the elution time was 75 min; Sample volume was 20 μl. [ Results] Eight common peaks were pointed by dcterminating ten batches of Salvia mihiorrhiza gathered from five different places. The similarity , which was proved to be higher than 0.9, was calculated using The Similarity Calculation Soft of Fingerprint Chromatography. [Conclusion] The fingerprints could provide evidience for the selection of Salvia mihiorrhiza in different places.
