摘　　要：从以读者的需求导向为牵引、加快数字化和标准化建设、提高资源共享程度、加大图书馆员的培训力度等几方面,提出了高校图书馆全面发展的对策。From aspects of taking the demand orientation of readers as the traction,speeding up the construction of digitalization and standardization,and making more efforts to librarians＇ training,etc.,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the overall development of college library.
