摘　　要：网络技术的快速发展使图书馆发生了巨大的变化,只有不断地创新,图书馆事业才能不断向前发展。从服务理念、服务方式、服务内容3个方面说明了美国高校图书馆在读者服务方面的创新,探讨了这些创新对我国高校图书馆读者服务的启示。The rapid development of Internet technology makes the library undergo tremendous changes;only the unceasing innovation can make the library cause move forward constantly.From three aspects of the service concept,service pattern and service content,this paper expounds American university library＇s innovations in reader service,and probes into some enlightenments of these innovations on Chinese university library＇s reader service.
