摘　　要：阅读指导工作是图书馆工作的重要组成部分,是体现图书馆教育职能的有效手段。阐述了图书馆阅读指导工作的内容,探讨了图书馆开展阅读指导工作的对策。The reading guidance is an important component of library work,and also is an effective measure for embodying library＇s educational function.This paper expounds the contents of library＇s reading guidance,and probes into the countermeasures for the library to develop the reading guidance.
