摘　　要：对天津市农业科技成果转化与推广项目的管理过程中依托项目建立科技示范户的工作进行了总结,探讨了依托项目建立科技示范户的积极作用,分析了目前该项工作存在的问题,并针对科技示范户的建立、管理提出了相应的改进意见。This paper sums up the work of establishing sci-tech model household during the management of the project of agricultural sci-tech achievement transformation and popularization in Tianjin City,probes into the positive effects of establishing sci-tech model household based on agricultural projects,analyzes some problems existing in this work currently,and puts forward some corresponding improvement opinions on the establishment and management of sci-tech model household.
