摘　　要：介绍条形码技术原理,提出了基于条形码技术的包材混淆监控系统在装配线检查中的实际应用,它可以对包材上的code39条形码和标签上打印的批号、使用期限等进行在线连续检测,从而实现包材正确性和数量的实时管理;对系统的硬件组成、软件结构及实现效果进行了全面介绍。The principle of barcode technology was introduced.The application of inspection and monitoring system to avoid error loading package materials in the assembly line was proposed.The system is based on barcode technology and can be used to detect code39 barcode,lot number,useful life printed in the label continuously by online method.Thus the accuracy and quantity of package materials was real time managed.The composition of the system hardware,the realization and the structure of the software were also presented.
