摘　　要：介绍了30万t/a乙烯法氯乙烯/聚氯乙烯生产工艺技术国产化开发情况:开发了直接氯化多元催化反应技术、双效变压二氯乙烷精制节能技术、裂解气热能循环利用技术、热水进料聚合技术、新型防粘釜技术和新型内冷却聚合釜技术,通过技术优化集成,形成了30万t/a乙烯法氯乙烯/聚氯乙烯国产化生产工艺软件包,促进了聚氯乙烯行业的良性发展。The domestic development of production process of 300 kt/a vinyl chloride/ PVC from ethylene was introduced. In the process, multicomponent catalytic reaction system for direct chlorination, energy-saving double-effect pressure-swing rectification process of dichloroethane, pyrolysis gas heat recycling process, hot water feeding in polymerization, new-type antiscaling technique and polymerizer inner cooling technique were developed. Through technological optimization, the process software package for production of 300 kt/a vinyl chloride/ PVC was obtained, thus promoting the benign development of PVC industry.
