摘　　要：本文介绍了仪器的工作原理、性能及应用。能测量含有直流分量的交流电压信号。该仪器在硬、软件设计和工艺上,均有其特色。从而对微伏级交直流电压信号可进行有效值准确测量。该仪器在红外探测器的标定中发挥了很好的作用,同时在电测精密测量领域也是一种高性能数字化。In this paper the operational mechanism,performance and application of the instrument is described.The instrument has features of low device noise and drift,as well as wide frequency spectrum.It can also be used to measure the AC voltage signal with superimposed DC component.Due to the outstanding features in both hardware and software design and technology,the instrument can precisely measure the virtual value of the microvolt DC or AC signal.It has been proved to be very effective for the calibration of infrarad detectors.In the area of precise measurement it belongs to the digital and intelligent instrument.
