摘　　要：2010年6月22日,中国人民银行等国家六部委正式发布《关于扩大跨境贸易人民币结算试点有关问题的通知》(银发[2010]186号),增加广西等18省(区、市)为跨境贸易人民币结算试点地区。截至2010年9月末,广西地区办理跨境贸易人民币结算试点业务3950笔,金额49.27亿元。跨境贸易人民币结算业务的开展为推进人民币跨境投资工作提供了基础条件。本文以广西相关数据为基础对人民币跨境投资进行实证分析,探讨推动人民币跨境投资的主要障碍,并针对性提出相关建议。On June 22,2010,the People＇s Bank of China and the other five national ministries issued the notice of ＂on the expansion of the experimental areas of RMB settlement on the cross-border trade＂,added 18 provinces including Guangxi（autonomous regions and municipalities）as the experimental areas for RMB settlement on the cross-border trade.Till the end of September 2010,it had happened 3950 times using RMB to settle cross-border trade clearing business in Guangxi,totaling 4.927 billion Yuan.RMB clearing business in cross-border trade provided the basis for cross-border investment.This article makes an empirical analysis on cross-border investment of RMB based on the Guangxi data,discusses the major obstacles to cross-border investment,and provides some suggestions.
