摘　　要：针对山东滨化集团有限责任公司离子膜法烧碱生产装置整流系统存在的实际问题推导出整流控制系统的2个经验公式,用于解决部分整流系统的实际问题。根据在新整流控制系统调试过程中做假负载试验时存在的问题提出优化组合整流变压器挡位的建议,可在调试时节约投资成本,在运行后可延缓整流设备的老化。Two experience formulas on rectification control system are derived to solve the practical problems existing in the rectification system of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production devices in Shandong Binhua Group Co. , Ltd. The proposal of optimizing and combining the gears of rectification transformer is put forward according to the problems occurred in the fictitious load test during the debugging process of new rectification control system, in order to save the cost in debugging process and retard the aging of rectification devices in running.
