镁橄榄石砂在潮模铸造中的应用

摘　　要：一般认为只有采用熔模精密铸造才能生产精密铸件。本文介绍采用宜昌镁橄榄石砂和桂林１号专利粘合剂，用潮模铸造１ｔ以下中、小型精密合金铜铸件的经验。该工艺具有提高铸件表面质量、易请砂、无公害、砂可回收利用、生产成本低等优点。It is normally considered that precise castings must be Produced by investment molding pattern. The experience introduced in this article is to produce middle and small size Precise alloy-steel castings under 1 tons with wet mold using Yichang magnesium chrysolite sand and Guilin No. 1 patented adhesive. The advantages of this process are highly finished quality, ease in sand-cleaning, no pollution, sand recycling and low production cost.
