摘　　要：国家医改政策给军队医院的管理与发展带来深远影响,并提出新的要求。本文阐述了新医改给军队医院带来的挑战与机遇,并提出了应加强政策学习,在提升质量、优化结构、开拓市场中,谋求适应性可持续发展。National health reform policy has brought about far-reaching implications to management and development for military hospital.According to the health reform,the challenges and opportunities were analyzed for military hospitals.Nevertheless,the military hospitals should enhance learning policy,improve quality and optimize structure to pursuit sustainable development adaptability.
