摘　　要：目的调查2003—2010年军队老年高血压的防控指标的变化,探讨规范化社区护理干预措施对军队老年高血压防控的作用。方法对军队干休所老干部建立健康管理档案,开设健康处方,按照规范化三级护理干预措施进行老年高血压的防控工作。结果经过7年社区护理干预,2010年与2003年相比军队老干部对高血压的患病率、知晓率和治疗率显著上升(P<0.01),控制率也处于上升的趋势。结论规范化社区护理干预对军队老干部高血压的防控具有显著作用。Objective To observe the change of hypertension prevention and control parameter in aged army cadres from 2003 to 2010 in order to investigate the impact of standardized community nursing interventions. Methods The hypertension prevention and control measurements in the elderly were carried out according to standardized three - level nursing intervention through establishing health record and making prescription.Results The rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension in the elderly were higher in 2010 than that in 2003 （P0.01） after seven years＇community nursing intervention.Conclusions Standardized conimunitv nursing interventions can prevent and control hypertension of aged army cadres effectively.
