摘　　要：背景本课题组进行了关于"四川省医院科技能力评价指标体系的研究"的研究项目,本文着重阐述了指标体系建立过程中运用的方法,分析方法的科学性和实用性。方法采用文献法、专家会议法、德尔菲法进行指标体系的建立。结果通过文献法的搜集、鉴别、整理相关文献,并通过对文献的研究形成初筛的指标体系。通过专家会议法对初步搭建的指标体系提出意见和建议,并对指标内涵做进一步界定;对专家的可靠性进行分析。通过2轮德尔菲法确定最终的指标体系。结论本次指标体系的建立过程使用的方法科学、简便、易行、实用。该指标体系在实际运用过程中将得到修改和完善,为科技管理者了解不同经济区域的各个医院科技方面的现状,并综合多种因素对各医院科技能力进行分析、比较,为医学科技资源分配及发展规划提供依据。Background The system about technological power for the hospitals in Sichuan province was short of and the systemic research was no reported.The new project was to study the system about technological power for the hospitals.The methods were introduced applied in establishing the system.Methods The documentation method,Delphi technique method were adopted.Results The preliminary indexes were established by the papers collected,filtered,analyzed.The experts gave some useful suggestion and group people took into consideration some objection.After two -wheeled Delphi technique method,the index system about technological power for the hospitals was established.Conclusions The methods applied in the established process were scientific,simple and convenient which would be modified and perfected in practical application period.The index system could be analyzed and compared kinds of factors about technological power for the hospitals and provided scientific basis for distribution and developing planning of medical resource.
