摘　　要：目的改善常规术式在老年性上睑松弛中的不良后果。方法应用单纯去皮法和高分子重睑术联合治疗。结果利用改良术式,减轻肿胀时间,恢复快,重睑线上缘不臃肿,成型自然。结论利用单纯去皮法和高分子重睑术联合治疗老年性上睑松弛,是一种手术操作简单,效果好,值得推广的方法。Objective To improve the negative consequences in general method in senile slack upper eyelid.Methods Use the method of simple get rid of skin and the polymer double eyelid was combined treatment.Results Use of improved method,to relieve the swelling amd being natural.Conclusion Use the method of simple get rid of skin and the polymer double eyelid was combined treatment is simple,effective method,it is worth promoting.
