摘 要:基于超声波激励螺栓产生受迫振动的振动方程与RLC电路微分方程的一致性,建立了电路参数中电感、电容、电阻与超声波传播过程中螺栓的质量、力顺、力阻的一一对应关系,将影响螺栓中声时测量的力学量等效为电路参量。在此基础上,利用EDA(电子设计自动化)仿真软件,分析了电路参数的变化对声时的影响,拟合了电阻、电容与声时差的关系式。EDA仿真得出的电阻、电容对声时的影响规律与实例测量结果自洽,说明了通过EDA仿真的方法研究声时测量的可行性。Based on the identity of oscillatory differential equation between :vibration excited by ultrasonic wave propagating in bolts and RLC electric circuit, the one to one correspondence between the mechanical parameter(such as mass, mechanical compliance mechanical resistance) and the circuit parameter(such as inductance, capacitance, resistance) was established. The mechanical parameters affecting the measurement of sound time( time of ultrasonic wave propagating in the holt) were equivalent to circuit parameter. And 'then, using EDA(Electronic Design Automation) simulation software, the effect on sound time caused by the change of circuit parameters was analyzed, a relationship of sound time and circuit capacitance and resistance were fitted. The simulation result shows that the relationship and practical measurement are self- consistent, and it proved that the problem of sound time could be simulated by EDA.
