摘　　要：个人信息权是信息主体依法对其个人信息所享有的支配、控制并排除他人侵害的特殊人格权。从支配与控制的语义考察、个人信息本身的特点与保护需求出发,以个人信息的共享为逻辑起点,着眼于个人信息法律关系的分析,个人信息权应当以"控制权"为权利束点来演绎其权利外延,并具有个人信息自决、管理、许可、禁止和收益等权能,以全面保护个人信息上的人格利益。Personal information right is the right lawfully enjoyed by an information subject concerning his personal information and special personality right which controls and counters the infringements against others.From the semantic study of＂domination＂ and ＂control＂,the characteristics of personal information and protection needs,with personal information sharing as the logical starting point and focusing on the analysis of the legal relationship of personal information,the right of personal information should take ＂control right＂ as the focal point in order to deduce its extensions,which also includes self-determination,management,licensing,prohibition and interests for the all-round protection of the personal information interests of the personality.
