摘　　要：目的总结人工关节置换手术的分类原则;方法结合编码工作的实践,将这类问题进行分析、归纳。结果上肢关节置换术分类在81这一类目的不同亚目,其修复术分类于81.97;下肢关节置换与修复术根据不同部位及修复的特指成分,分类在不同类目与细目。结论人工关节置换的手术分类要首先明确关节置换的部位和类型、其次应明确是首次置换还是关节翻修,然后再查找相应编码。Objective The classification principles of arthroplasty are summarized.Methods Combing with the practice of coding analyzes and summarize these kinds of problems.Results Upper limb arthroplasty classify at sub-catalogue of 81 catalogue,which prothesis classify at 81.97;lower limbs arthroplasty and prothesis classify ate different catalogue and sub-catalogue according to different and position and specific element of repair.Conclusions Operation classification of arthroplasty should firstly confirm about position and kind of displacement;confirm secondly whether it is first displacement or joint repair,looking up relevant coding.
