摘 要:目的分析门诊病人流量和就医规律,提高门诊医疗服务水平。方法采用季节指数分析门诊量变化情况。结果医院门诊及部分科室就诊次数存在季节性变化的规律,医院门诊量季节指数大于1月份有2、3、7、8月,其中,全年较高月份为7、8月,指数达到116.05%和130.01%;季节指数小于1月份有4、5、6、9、10、11、12月;9月季节指数低于90%;季节指数最高与最低月份相差43.42%,平均月门诊量相差4596人次。结论应根据病人流量特点合理安排人力和其他资源,提高门诊服务质量。Objective Outpatient flow and rules of seeking medical advice are analyzed for improving outpatient service medical service level.Methods Change situaZtion of clinic number are analyzed by seasonal index.Results It exist seasonal change rules of time of outpatient service in clinic and partial departments: The seasonal index of outpatient service number of February,March,July and August are higher than January,among which,the highest month are July and August,which index reaches 116.05% and 130.01%;the season index of April,May,June,September,October,November and December are lower than January;season index of September is lower than 90%;the highest month of season index differ 43.42% from the lowest one;clinic number of the average month differ 4596 man-time.Conclusions Human and other resource should be reasonably arranged in accordance with the characteristic of patient flow for improving clinic service quality.
