摘　　要：目的了解临床护士职业防护的现状,为行为干预提高临床护士职业防护能力提供依据,为保障临床护士职业防护安全提供有效对策。方法采用自制问卷抽取北京市某三级医院临床一线护士137名进行调查。结果临床护士职业防护行为平均分123.599±16.565;物理性职业危害防护行为平均分50.037±6.733;化学性职业危害防护行为平均分27.09±6.657;生物性职业危害防护行为平均分42.949±5.462。结论本研究结合当前现状,将初步探讨与强调临床护士职业防护的重要性,提出创造良好的医疗护理环境,不断引进先进的防护措施,规范临床护士的职业行为,对护士进行专门的职业防护培训,加强薄弱环节的重点监测与教育,为保障临床护士职业防护安全提供有效对策。Objective Knowing about the current situation of clinical nurse occupational prevention in order to provide basis for behavior intervention improving occupational prevention ability of clinical nurse;to provide effective countermeasures for guaranteeing occupational prevention safety to them.Methods 137 clinical nurses of a class A and grade Three hospital in Beijing are investigated by using a self-made questionnaire.Results The average mark of occupational prevention behavior of clinical nurses is 123.599±16.565;the average mark of prevention behavior of physical occupational harm is 50.037± 6.733;the average mark of prevention behavior of chemical occupational harm is 27.095±6.657;the average mark of prevention behavior of biological occupational harm is 42.949± 5.462.Conclusions Combing with current situation,this research initially discusses and emphasizes the importance of occupational prevention of clinical nurse,putting forward to create a well medical nursing environment and introducing advance prevention countermeasures.It also suggests standardizing occupational behavior of clinical nurse and providing occupational prevention training to them,strengthening focal monitor and education of weak segments and providing effect countermeasures for guaranteeing occupational prevention safety of clinical nurse.
