摘 要:目的:采用毛细管区带电泳法同时分析测定盐酸萘甲唑林滴鼻液中有机汞抑菌剂硫柳汞及其活性成分盐酸萘甲唑林。方法:采用未涂层石英毛细管(50μm i.d.×46 cm,有效长度37 cm)为分离通道,20 mmol.L-1磷酸二氢钠(pH=6.5)为运行缓冲溶液;高度差进样,进样时间10 s;运行电压20 kV;紫外检测波长240 nm。结果:硫柳汞、盐酸萘甲唑林分别在6.15~196μg.mL-1和0.122~3.87 mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,回收率大于97.7%,RSD均小于3.2%。结论:本方法操作简便,分析时间短,整个分析过程在5 min内完成,专属性强,为盐酸萘甲唑林滴鼻液中硫柳汞及其活性成分盐酸萘甲唑林的同时检测提供一种新型的分析手段。OBJECTIVE:To employ a capillary zone electrophoresis method for simultaneous determination of thimerosal(an antiseptic organomercury)and the active component naphazoline hydrochloride in Naphazoline Hydrochloride nasal drops.METHODS:An uncoated fused-silica capillary column(50 μm i.d.×46 cm,effective length 37 cm)was used as separation passageway.The running buffer was 20 mmol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate(pH 6.5).The running voltage was 20 kV and the samples were injected by height difference injection for 10 seconds.The UV detection wavelength was 240 nm.RUSULTS:The linear ranges of thimerosal and naphazoline hydrochloride were 6.15-196 μg·mL-1 and 0.122-3.87 mg·mL-1,respectively.The recovery rate was greater than 97.7% and the RSD was less than 3.2%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid(within 5 min for whole analysis)and specific.It provides a new means for simultaneous determination of thimerosal and its active component naphazoline hydrochloride in Napazoline Hydrochloride nasal drops.
