西帕依固龈液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察西帕依固龈液对复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效。方法:选择复发性阿弗他溃疡患者共60例,分为2组,观察组30例,每日使用西帕依固龈液含漱;对照组30例,每日使用复方硼砂漱口液含漱,4 d后观察2组患者疼痛程度和溃疡愈合的情况。结果:观察组治疗后与治疗前相比,第1～4 d,疼痛感觉均有明显减轻(P<0.05);而对照组治疗后与治疗前相比,第2～4 d,疼痛感觉有明显减轻(P<0.05),且治疗后第2～4 d,观察组与对照组的疼痛减轻也具有明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后溃疡直径与治疗前相比有显著缩小(P<0.001),治疗后观察组与对照组比较,溃疡直径缩小出现明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:西帕依固龈液对复发性阿弗他溃疡有良好的止痛和促进愈合作用。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy of Xipayi mouth rinsefor recurrent aphthous ulceration（RAU）.METHODS：60 patients with RAU were assigned to receive either Xipayi mouth rinse（trial group,n=30）or Compound Borax Collutorydaily（control group,n=30）.The pain andulcer healingin the two groups were followed 4 days later.RESULTS：After treatment,the pain in the trial group at day 1-4 was lessened significantly（P0.05）and that at day 2-4 in thecontrol group was lessened significantly（P0.05）.At day 2-4,the differences in pain relieving degree between the trial group and the control group were significant（P0.05）.After treatment,theulcer diameter significantly diminished in the treatment group as compared with before treatment（P0.001）,and the differences in the degree of ulcer diameter diminution between the trial group and the control group were significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Xipayi mouth rinse has good pain-relieving efficacy and healing-promoting efficacy for recurrent aphthous ulceration.
