摘 要:信息技术中心作为浙电企业信息化的建设部门,承建的项目将向多项目、多产品的方向发展。如仍采用原来以单个项目为单位各自为阵的项目管理模式,很难适应管理上的要求,建立项目群组管理的新模式势在必行。文章根据浙江电力生产信息化项目建设的实际情况,引入项目群管理模式,较好地解决了传统的单一项目管理理论面临的诸如各项目与企业战略目的不尽相符、资源无法在各项目中得到合理分配、缺乏对各项目的总体绩效评估等问题。从实践角度对在生产信息化项目建设中应用项目群管理方法进行了探索和尝试。Information Technology Centre, as the information construction department of Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation, will undertake multiple projects and develop multiple products at the same time in the future. It is difficult to adapt to the management requirements using original project management model with a single project as a unit, and it is imperative to establish a new program management model. This paper explains the program management model, which is designed on the basis of the real situation of production information construction in Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation. It well solves the problems faced by traditional project management theories, such as inconsistent strategic objectives between projects and the enterprise, unreasonable resource allocation between projects, lack of overall performance evaluation for different projects, and etc. This paper probes into the application of program management methods in production information construction through practice.
