摘  要:云南省调在日益扩大的网络环境管理背景下,建设了一体化的网络运维管理系统。为通过技术手段穿透电力专有隔离装置,实现电力调度的1、2、3区的一体化监控,云南电力调度中心在引进北塔BTIM网络管理系统的同时,提出了在1、2区与3区之间开发数据传输接口,实现3区一体化,对整个调度网络进行监控。该系统的投运,改变了传统的运行维护方式,实现了各个安全区的统一监控,使维护人员实时了解各系统的运行状况,减轻了维护人员的工作压力,提高了运行维护的效率。Yunnan Power Dispatching Center constructs an integrated online operation and maintenance management system. In order to penetrate the special isolating devices in power systems through technical means, and realize integrated monitoring of power dispatching Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3, Betasoft BTIM network management system is introduced, and the data transmission interface between Zonel, 2 and Zone 3 is developed. The integration is done in zone 3 and the whole dispatching network is monitored. The implementation of this system changes the traditional operation and maintenance method, and realizes unified monitoring of each safe zone. Operators can get the real-time operation conditions of each system. The operation and maintenance stress of operators is relieved, and the efficiency is enhanced.
