摘　　要：目的调查食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者抑郁状况,分析原因并探讨护理对策。方法采用问卷调查法,应用Zung编写的抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)对107例食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行调查,了解患者抑郁状况。结果食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者抑郁评分明显高于国内常模(P<0.001),其中中年组患者抑郁得分明显低于青年组和老年组患者抑郁得分,组间比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者存在抑郁情绪,护理人员不仅应做好专科护理,还应关注患者心理健康,实施针对性的护理对策。Objective To investigate the depression state of patients with esophageal varices bleeding,and to analyze the reasons and discuss the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods A total of 107 patients with esophageal varices bleeding in our hospital were investigated with basic information questionnaire and self-rating depression scale（SDS）,and then all the investigation results were analyzed by statistical method.Results The depression emotion scores in the patients with esophageal varices bleeding were higher than the domestic norm（P 0.001）.The depression scores of middle-aged patients were lower than those of the young and old patients（P 0.05）.Conclusion The patients with esophageal varices bleeding have depression;accordingly,the nursing staff should not only perform the special nursing methods,but also pay attention to the psychological problems of patients and take the relevant nursing measures.
