摘　　要：目的探讨康尔泰治疗放射性皮炎的效果,并总结护理要点。方法将136例发生放射性皮炎的患者随机分为实验组65例和对照组71例。实验组采用康尔泰涂擦局部放射性皮炎,对照组采用Alratherapylotion(Alra防护液)涂擦局部放射性皮炎。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗,实验组29例治愈,30例有效,6例无效;对照组10例治愈,15例有效,46例无效,两组患者治疗效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组治疗效果优于对照组。结论康尔泰治疗放射性皮炎疗效优于Alra防护液,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of Kangertai in treating the radiation-induced dermatitis,and to summarize the nursing points.Methods A total of 136 patients who had radiation-induced dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group（n = 65） and the control group（n = 71）.Patients in the observation group received Kangertai to treat their radiation-induced dermatitis,while the control group received the Alra therapy lotion.Results In the observation group,29 patients were cured,30 patients had some effects,and 6 patients had no effect.In the control group,10 were cured,15 had some effect,and 46 had no effect.The differences had statistic significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Kangertai was better than Alra therapy lotion in the treatment of radiation-induced dermatitis.It deserves clinical generalization.
