参与型护理模式对预防鼻咽癌放射性皮肤损伤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨参与型护理模式对预防鼻咽癌放射性皮肤损伤的效果。方法将2009年1-6月在本科室接受治疗的50例初次治疗的鼻咽癌患者设为对照组,给予常规预防放射性皮肤损伤护理;2009年7-12月在本科室接受治疗的56例初次治疗鼻咽癌患者设为实验组,除给予实施常规预防放射性皮肤损伤护理外,采取由患者主动参与的护理模式。比较两组患者治疗过程皮肤损伤的程度。结果实验组放射性皮肤损伤程度明显轻于对照组,组间比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论参与型护理模式能有效预防鼻咽癌放射性皮肤损伤的程度,确保放疗治疗顺利进行,从而也提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To study the effect of a new nursing mode in which patients participate actively on preventing radiation-induced skin injury in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods From January to June 2009,50 patients with newly diagnosed NPC were assigned to the control group,who accepted routine nursing in the department.From July to December 2009,56 patients with newly diagnosed NPC were assigned to the study group,who accepted routine nursing and participated actively in nursing.Severity of skin injury was compared during the treatment between two groups.Result Incidence of radiation-induced skin injury in the study group was statistically significantly lower than that in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Patients-participating nursing mode effectively prevented severity of radiation-induced skin injury of patients with NPC,and thus it can improve the quality of patients＇ life.
