优力舒弹力绷带固定胸腔引流单腔中心静脉导管的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨优力舒弹力绷带固定胸腔引流单腔中心静脉导管(简称细管)的应用效果。方法选择使用细管引流胸腔积液的患者200例,随机分为观察组102例及对照组98例,对照组细管采用3M透明敷贴及普通胶布固定方法,观察组细管采用3M透明敷贴联合优力舒弹力绷带固定方法。观察两组患者细管固定效果,患者感觉舒适度及每天换药次数及费用。结果两组患者引流管脱管率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组脱管率明显低于对照组;两组患者感觉舒适度比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01),观察组患者舒适度明显优于对照组;两组患者日均换药次数及费用比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.001),观察组明显少于对照组。结论优力舒弹力绷带固定胸腔引流细管效果好,患者感觉舒适安全,而且有效节约了费用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of urgostrapping pressure bandage on fixing tube of chest drainage.Methods Two hundred patients with pleural effusion were indicated to chest tube drainage.And the cohort was randomized into the observation group（102 patients） and the control group（98 patients）.The control group was fixed by 3M transparent dressing plus common strapping,whereas the observation group was fixed by 3M transparent dressing plus urgostrapping pressure bandage.Data regarding effectiveness of fixation,degree of comfort,times of change dressings and medical cost were collected.Results The rate of tube shedding in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.And patients in the observation group felt more comfort than those in the control group.The observation group was superior to the control group regarding decreased times of change dressings or saving medical cost.Conclusions The method of fixing chest drainage tube by urgostrapping pressure bandage produced satisfied fixation,more comfort and less medical cost.It was worthy of clinical popularization.
