摘　　要：目的探讨非清髓造血干细胞移植患者3阶段营养支持方法及护理情况。方法给予32例非清髓造血干细胞移植患者在移植期间采用3阶段营养支持及护理,并观察效果。结果患者均获得非清髓造血干细胞移植成功,未发生影响治疗顺利进行的严重营养不良事件。结论合理的营养支持及护理,可以减少非清髓造血干细胞移植患者在移植过程中营养不足的问题,维持较好的机体营养状况,有利于移植的顺利进行。Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional support and care for patients receiving nonmyeloablative hematopoietic stem cell transplantation（NST）.Methods Thirty-two patients receiving NST were provided with three phase of nutritional supports and nursing.The effects were observed.Result After effective nutritional support and care,all patients received NST successfully without any serious malnutrition to affect the treatment.Conclusion Reasonable nutritional support and care could reduce the risk of the malnutrition,maintain the better health status of the patients and improve the success rate of NST.
