摘　　要：为了实现根据货车的速度来改变喷淋抑尘剂系统喷洒量的目的,采用了一种基于S7-200 PLC的变频调速方法,它使用光电传感器采集货车行使时间,将时间信号输入到PLC中,经PLC运算处理后得到货车行使速度,依此速度,对变频器的变频频率进行选择,不同的频率对应不同的调速大小和不同的喷洒量;并且使用WinCC组态软件作为上位机监测软件,配合PC Access、PLC组成通信系统,对整个喷淋设备的状态进行监测。该系统集成了自动控制和远程监测的优点,并保留了现场的手动电气控制,使设备可以运行更加灵活、稳定、安全,用户管理更加简单、方便。The speed being based on a freight train for realization has come to change gushing drenching the purpose restraining dust agent system sprinkling amounts,has adopt one kind of S7-200 PLC-based frequency conversion speed regulation method,it uses the opto-electronic sensor to collect a freight train exercising time,in importing time signal to PLC,exercise speed by that PLC gets a freight train after arithmetic treatment, frequency carries out choice on the frequency transformer frequency conversion according to this speed,big or small and different splashing of corresponding different different frequency speed regulation expects that;Use the WinCC group state software to monitor a software as superordination machine and,monitor in coordination with that PC Access, PLC are composed of communication systematic,face to face entire gushing the state drenching equipment being in progress.Have owed system integration autocontrol and long-range the merit monitoring,has reserved and the scene hand movement electric control,messenger equipment can work especially nimbly,stability,safety,consumer administration further have gone to the lavatory simplely.
