毛冬青有效部位中总皂苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立毛冬青有效部位中总皂苷含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以香草醛、冰醋酸、高氯酸为显色剂,以人参皂苷Re为对照品,在600nm波长处对毛冬青有效部位中总皂苷进行含量测定。结果人参皂苷Re在0.01004～0.05020mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为2.38%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法准确、简便、快速,重现性好,可作为毛冬青有效部位质量控制方法。Objective To establish the method for the content determination of total saponins in the effective fraction of Ilex pubescens Hook.Method Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was applied using Vanillic aldehyde、glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid as colour-display reagent,ginsenoside Re as reference substance.The detection wavelength was set at 600 nm.Result The linear range of ginsenoside Re was 0.01004-0.05020mg/L（r=0.9996）with an average recovery of 100.6%,RSD=2.38%（n=6）.Conclusion The method was accuracy,simple and rapid,the reproducibility was good,so the method was suitable for the content determination of total saponins in the effective fraction of Ilex pubescens Hook.
