摘　　要：口腔科门诊患者多,流动性大,牙钻高速涡轮机在使用时可形成血性及唾液性气溶胶等使诊室空气中的病原微生物含量增多,对医护人员构成交叉感染的潜在危险。因此加强对口腔科医务人员感染知识培训,加强医疗器械的消毒管理,提高自我防范意识,以减少口腔科感染的发生,防止传染性疾病的流行。dental outpatients and more mobile,high-speed turbine dental drill can be formed in the use of aerosols and other bloody and saliva to clinic pathogenic microorganisms in the air content increases,cross-infection of health care workers pose a potential danger.Therefore,strengthening the knowledge of dental infection in medical personnel training,enhance the disinfection of medical equipment management,improve self-awareness of prevention,to reduce the incidence of dental infection and prevent infectious diseases.
