摘 要:目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对庆大霉素(GM)肾毒性的保护作用。方法:豚鼠20只,随机分为GM组和GM+bFGF组各10只,GM组按每只80mg/kgd-1肌注GM17d,停药后继续注射生理盐水6d;GM+bFGF组在肌注GM的同时加肌注2000U/kgd-1bFGF17d,停GM后继续注射bFGF6d。用药前、后称体质量,并做统计学t检验:断头处死动物后取肾皮质做光镜和电镜观察。结果:GM组动物出现急性肾功能衰竭,用药前、后体质量变化有显著性意义(t=4.3463,P<0.05),形态上肾小管上皮细胞明显损害;GM+bFGF组动物无急性肾功能衰竭症状,用药前、后体质量变化无显著性意义(t=0.3893,P>0.05),形态上肾小管上皮细胞基本正常。结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对庆大霉素肾毒性有保护作用。Objective: To explore protective effects of bFGF to nephrotoxity caused by Gentamicin (GM). Methods: 20 guinea pigs were divided randomly into two groups,namely GM group and GM+bFGF group,10 animals in each groupGentamicin was injected to the animals of GM group by muscular route for 17 days at a dosage of 80 mg/kgd1 for each animalSaline solution was injected for 6 days after stopping GM injectionsTo GM+bFGF group,GM and bFGF (2 000 U/kgd1) were injected muscularly to each animal at same time for 17 daysbFGF was used continuously for 6 days after stopping GMAll animals were weighed before and after using drugs for statistic analysisAfter killing animals,renal cortexes were removed for LM and EM observations Results: Acute renal failure appeared in GM group and the change of weights before and after using drug was significant (t=4346 3,P<005) and obvious damages were seen in renal tubules morphologicallyIn contrast to GM group,no acute renal failure appeared in GM+bFGF group and the change of weig hts before and after using drugs was not significant (t=0389 3,P>005) and renal tubules were almost normal morphologically Conclusion: bFGF could provide protective effects on nephrotoxity caused by Gentamicin\=
