摘 要:目的:探讨白细胞介素-2对海马痛单位的影响及其可能机制。方法:本实验采用侧脑室给药法,参照Sawyer兔脑图谱,用SN-2型推进器以2μm/s速度将玻璃微电极插入海马P2~5,L3~6,H6~9处引导神经元自发放电。在P1L4,5H6处埋不锈钢套管,用牙托水配牙托粉固定,作脑室注射用。结果:共引导205个海马放电神经元,选择对伤害性刺激起反应的海马痛单位60个,侧脑室分别注射不同剂量的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及其受体阻断剂抗IL-2单克隆抗体(McAb)和阿片受体阻断剂纳洛酮后,发现IL-2能抑制大部分的海马痛单位放电,而此作用被McAb所阻断。纳洛酮能反转IL-2对海马痛单位放电的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:IL-2能抑制海马痛神经元的放电,其作用机制可能与阿片受体系统有关。Objective: This study investigates the effect of intracerebroventricular injection of IL2 on the pain unit of HPC and probable mechanism in conscious paralytic rabbits Methods: Refering to Sawyer's The rabbit diencephalon in stereotaxic coordix nates,putting grass microelectrodes into P2 ̄5,L3 ̄6,H6 ̄9 of the HPC in 2 m/s by SN2 to induce discharge of neurons Results: The most discharge electric frequency of HPC decreased significantly after injecting IL2 in differnt dose (50,200,500 pmol/10 l) into the lateral vertricle of rabbits after 30,50,70 min,and this effect was abolished by McAb to IL2Naloxone could abolish the inhibitive effect of descharge electric frequency of IL2 on HPC pain units Conclusion: IL2 could inhibit the discharge electric frequency of HPC pain units;Naloxone could abolish this inhibitive effect of IL2,suggesting that inhibitive effect of IL2 on pain units of HPC is related to opiate receptors\=
