摘 要:目的探讨血液透析对不同年龄段尿毒症患者血清热休克蛋白70的影响。方法对2010年4月在我院进行维持性血液透析的尿毒症患者,根据年龄将92例患者分为3组(青年组、中年组、老年组)。在透析前、后分别采用酶联免疫复合物法测定血清热休克蛋白70水平。结果青年组透析前、后热休克蛋白70水平比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);而中年组与老年组透析前、后热休克蛋白70水平比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论检测透析前、后血清热休克蛋白70水平对衡量机体的抗应急保护能力有一定指导意义。Objective We investigated the effect of haemodialysis on serum levels of heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) in patients with uraemia. Methods Patients undergoing maintenance haemodialysis (MHD) since April 2010 were divided into three groups according to their ages. Group Ⅰ, 34 young adults (18-44yr); Group Ⅱ, 35 adults (45-59 yr); and group Ⅲ, 23 senior adults (68-88 yr). Enzyme-linked immnnosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure the serum Hsp70 levels before and after haemodialysis. Results The senma level of Hsp70 protein was significantly lower in the young adult group ( P 〈 0.05) while there is no significant difference in Group Ⅱ (middle-aged) and Ⅲ(senior) ( 〉 44 yr) (P 〉 0.05 respectively). Conclusion Monitoring HSP70 sertml level in MHD patients may be very important in deter- mining patients' tolerance to environmental stresses.
