摘　　要：日照港西区件杂货码头QLY25B型轮胎式起重机,近年行走机构故障频发,尤其是行走减速箱部分齿轮磨损严重,必须进行改造。分析了减速箱齿轮磨损的原因,提出了解决对策,并进行了改造。改造后的行走减速箱使用良好,故障率明显下降。The travel mechanism of the QLY 25B RTG in the West Port District of Rizhao Port＇s general wharf goes wrong frequently in recent years, especially some gears oi me decelerator wears and tears heavily. It is necessary to reform. This paper analyzes the reasons of gears＇ wear and tear of the decelerator, puts forward countermeasures and carries out reform. After reform the travel decelerator runs well and the trouble rate decreases obviously.
