摘　　要：红外水分仪在烧结生产中,混合料水分检测中测量误差超时,会影响烧结矿的正常生产。通过采取在线对红外水分仪的校准,修正系数来减小红外水分仪测量误差,可提高混合料加水量的控制精度。This paper introduced infrared water- measuring meter. In the process of sintering producing, measurement error over time in the moisture detection of mixed material, could influence the regular production. By calibrating the infrared water-measuring meter on line, amending coefficient to reduce the measurement error of infrared water-measuring meter, we could get better control of the water doses in mixed material.
