摘  要:研究不同浓度吲哚乙酸(Indole-3-Acetic Acid,IAA)对微拟球藻(Nannochloropsis oculata)生长和脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明:在0.1 mg/L时,低于0.5 mg/L时IAA促进微拟球藻生长,但不影响叶绿素和不饱和脂肪酸合成;IAA促进生长作用最显著,最大比生长率为2.33 d-1。随浓度进一步增加,IAA促生长作用越来越小,并抑制叶绿素和不饱和脂肪酸合成;在5 mg/L时,IAA极显著抑制EPA合成。添加适当浓度IAA可促进藻细胞生长,缩短其生长周期。The effects of IAA (indole-3-acetic acid, IAA) on the growth and fatty acid composition of Nannochloropsis oculata were investigated. When the concentration was lower than 0. 5 mg/L, IAA pro- moted the growth of N. oculata and did not affect the synthesis of chlorophyll and unsaturated fatty acids. The most significant promotion to the growth was observed when IAA was 0. 1 mg/L. The fastest cell specific growth rate was 2.33 d^-1. When the concentration was higher than 0. 1 mg/L, IAA gradually attenuated its promotion to the growth of N. oculata and performed its inhibition of the biosynthesis of chlorophyll and unsaturated fatty acids with the increase of concentration. When the concentration was 0. 5 mg/L, IAA most significantly inhibited the synthesis of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), making the percentage of EPA the lowest among the analyzed. Addition of IAA at an appropriate concentration promotes the growth of microalgal cells and shortens their growth cycle.
