摘　　要：肾小球疾病主要包括原发性和继发性肾小球疾病,其中原发性肾小球疾病如急慢性肾小球肾炎、肾病综合征等,继发性肾小球疾病如狼疮性肾炎、紫癜性肾炎、糖尿病肾病等疾病,以及由此引起的慢性肾衰。本文就急慢性肾小球肾炎、慢性肾衰目前国内外的研究进展及中医中药的治疗作用作以简要介绍。Renal glomerular diseases include primary and secondary glomerulopathies.The former consists of acute and chronic glomerulonephritis,nephritic syndrome and so on,while the latter consists of lupus nephritis,purpuric nephritis,diabetic nephropathy and chronic renal failure induced from these diseases.In this paper we briefly review the advance of research on acute glomerulonephritis,chronic glomerulonephritis and chronic renal failure as well as the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine
