体内和体外实验中美洛昔康对免疫活性的负性调节作用

摘　　要：目的　研究美洛昔康体外和体内给药对免疫活性的调节作用。方法　小鼠体外脾淋巴细胞增殖实验和腹腔巨噬细胞 (MΦ )产生白细胞介素 1(IL - 1)实验以及大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型。结果　不同浓度美洛昔康体内、外给药 ,对脾淋巴细胞增殖、腹腔 MΦ产生 IL - 1和对足爪肿胀的抑制作用 ,均随药物剂量增大而增强 ,且呈剂量依赖性。Objective Effects of meloxicam on immunologic activity in vitro and in vivo were observed.Methods Spleen lymphocyte proliferation in vitro and the interleukin 1(IL 1)production by peritoneal macrophages in the mouse and a model of adjuvant arthritis in the rat were detected.Results Dose dependent inhibitory activities of meloxicam on lymphocyte proliferation, IL 1 production and swollen feet and paws were shown. Conclusion meloxicam depressed immunologic activity.
