摘  要:目的探讨α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病肾病(DN)的保护作用.方法 67例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为α-硫辛酸观察组(34例)和常规治疗组(33例).治疗前后测定尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血浆内皮素(ET-1)、血清一氧化氮(NO)、空腹血糖(FPG)和血脂水平.结果与治疗前比较,观察组UAER及ET-1均显著降低(P<0.01),NO明显升高(P<0.01).对照组UAER、ET-1及NO与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).对照组与观察组治疗前后FPG和血脂均无明显变化.结论α-硫辛酸能减少2型糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白的排泄,降低ET-1,升高NO水平,对早期肾病具有保护作用.Objective To investigate the protective effect of α-thioctic acid on type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Method 67 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups:34 patients in treated group(α-thioctic acid treatment group),and 33 in control group(conventional therapy group).Urine albumin excretion rate(UAER),endothelin-1(ET-1),nitrogen monoxide(NO),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and blood lipids were measured before and after treatment,respectively.Results UAER and ET-1 levels of patients were decreased significantly(P 0.01),while NO levels were increased obviously(P 0.01)after treatment in treated group.The differences of UAER,ET-1 and NO levels of patients had no statistically significance between before and after treatment in control group(P 0.05).The levels of FPG and blood lipids had no significant change in control or treated group.Conclusion α-thioctic acid can decrease UAER and ET-1levels and increase NO levels of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,and has protective effects on early diabetic nephropathy.
