湿润烧伤膏治疗阑尾炎术后切口感染观察

摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏对阑尾炎术后切口感染的治疗作用。方法对78例阑尾炎术后切口感染患者的病历资料进行回顾性总结，根据创面处理方法分为两组，治疗组共40例，采用湿润烧伤膏进行切口换药，对照组共38例，采用生理盐水进行切口换药。结果治疗组较对照组切口感染控制快，愈合快，治疗组的愈合时间为（15．84±2．58）d，而对照组的愈合时间为（24．15±4．79）d，两组比较，差异有显著性（t=9．6052，P〈0．001）。结论采用湿润烧伤膏治疗阑尾炎感染切口能有效抑制细菌繁殖，促进切口愈合。Objective To study the effects MEBO on the infected incision wound post appendectomy. Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with incision infections after appendectomy were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into 2 groups aeeording to the treatment methods： MEBO treatment group （n = 40 treated with MEBO） and eontrol group （ n = 38, treated with normal saline） . Results The wound healing in the treatment group （ 15.84±2. 58 days） was earlier than that in the control group （24. 15±4. 79 days） with faster infection control as well. There was significant difference between them （ t = 9. 6052, P 〈0. 001 ） . Conclusion MEBO is effective on inhibiting the bacterial reproduction and promoting the wound healing.
